"When we arrived i was told that buggies were not allowed on the fairways.
This made the round take much longer to play , and difficult to select the right club for most shots when the ball is a long way from the path.If i was informed of this i would not have paid a lot of money to play Aloha !"

"There are quite a few blind shots of the tee boxes, where a good straight long drive can cause you problems which proved to be dis-heartening. If this is your first time on the course you need a GPS. Stroke saver books were not available and the hole display boards on the tees are poor" - Gary H

The noise of the maintenance machines was very distracting.
The threat of outsiders possibly stealing your clubs and other belongings was annoying."

"I walked but buggy better for those not used to walking (playing partners rode) humid with flies early in AM Layout good with variety of holes. Many blind shots so my sky caddy helped but not punishing if direction off nice finishing holes both sides" - Tom Bauch

"This is a gem, albeit pretty expensive. We expected to find it rather anti-visitors given the price tag. Everyone was friendly, apart from the caddy master! Great course, very tight, but in fantastic condition and well worth a visit - if you can get a tee time!"
