Description

Novo Sancti Petri Course B-Centre golf course
Round B (Centre): the first 9 holes are flat, with a lake between hole 5, 8 and 9. From hole 10 to 13 is hillier and offers magnificent looks over the atlantic ocean. Hole 18 has an S-shaped bunker (Severiano). Various water hazards (there are six lakes), the abundant vegetation, bunkers, as well as the ocean breeze made playing more difficult. The course is interesting for players of all levels.

2012-05-20 - "Novo SP course B is notably trickier to play than course A. It has a nice layout with a parkland character esp. on the first 9 and holes 15 to 18. On holes 10 to 14 there are less pinetrees and due to ocean proximity, wind exposure is an issue on most days. Some bunkers are a nuisance due to lots of pebbles and too little sand (even visible roots from nearby trees). Greens are not too speedy and well maintained even though too many players tend to forget repairing pitchmarks. There is no really deep rough and semi rough is well playable due to acceptable height." - The golfer
