Description
The course was designed by David Thomas and opened in 1989. The first nine holes are relatively short but technical. The first tee, raised over a splendid lake requires concentration, ahead of a tough round. The incredible views of the Pyrenees at the seventh reduce the stress of play. The course is at its best on the second nine holes. Once again, the lake comes into play at the tenth. From the raised tee of the par 3 14th, where the green is protected by lŽEstanyol brook, there is an incredible view. The changes in level on the 16th allow Montseny and the Matagalls to be appreciated in all their splendour.
