"The course condition was generally very good. However, the greens were being maintained (as August is their off season) and where very sandy and erratic. Off the fairway the rough grass is very spongy and unforgiving - causing many duff shots.
There are some nice (hazardous) drives over water and canions.
Our handicap certificates were not checked, and we ended up playing behind some v poor players.

"Nice course in good condition, quite short but interesting with lots of undulations, requires accuracy but you can score low, wind comes also into play, nice views. Green fees however way too high and pace of play slow. Locker room, bar in temporary(?) building so not wortwhile utilising." - JHM
