To make booking easier, Golf Service
offers many different options to pay for your discounted golf
reservation. Please note that we cannot accept payment via our
website. Please phone our office on the Costa del Sol or contact
us by email to make payment arrangements. However, once we have
confirmed your golf bookings we will send you an email asking
for a credit card number to hold any reservations made on golf-service.com.

There will be a 2% banking charge of the total amount of your
booking(s) when paying by credit card. This 2% charge does not
apply to any walk-in bookings made in our office on the same
day of play.

We accept banktransfers, domestic and international. Any bank
charges are to be paid by the sender.

We accept Euros at our office. Full payment has to be made before the first tee-time
for the exchange of vouchers.

| Green Fee Checkar |

Swedish green fee checks is only used from scandinavian countries.
Any payment with this check is after the following rate: 100kr
= 10€.

| Refunds and Cancellations |

All courses must be cancelled 7 days prior to play with exception
to the courses listed below.
Torrequebrada, Marbella Golf, Rio Real, La Quinta, San Roque,
Sotogrande and La Cala must be cancelled 15 days prior to
play.
Valderrama must be cancelled 1 month prior to play.
Any cancellations made during the allowed cancellation period
will be charged 6 Euros for each course cancelled.
Any cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period
will be charged the full price of the green fees.
Any “NO SHOWS” will be charged the full price
of the green fees.
Cancellations and refunds on rainy days require a stamp
on your Golf Service voucher from the caddy master confirming
that it is too rainy to play. The golf courses decide when
the courses are closed and when to stamp vouchers for refunds.
Torrequebrada, Marbella Golf and Rio Real have a strict policy
and are very unlikely to close if it rains. They will only
close if there is lightning.
Any modifications after the first golf booking
will carry a 3 Euro charge for each golf course that must
be re-faxed.
Bookings on courses not listed with Golf Service will carry
a 6 Euro charge per booking.
Prices are subject to change
at any time by Golf Service.
Golf insurance is sometimes not included and has to be paid
directly to the caddy master 2€. |
